How do I redeem my FV Points?

Go to the FV Points section in your dashboard, browse the Rewards Catalog, and select the reward you want. Once confirmed, the corresponding points are deducted from your balance and the reward (discount code, voucher, or merchandise order) is issued. Redemptions are final and cannot be reversed.
