What marketing practices are prohibited?

You must market FundedVerse ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws. Prohibited practices include: making claims of guaranteed profits, guaranteed challenge passing, or "risk-free" outcomes; presenting FundedVerse as a broker or financial advisor; brand bidding on FundedVerse trademarks in paid search (unless expressly permitted in writing); using spam, bots, cookie stuffing, cloaking, incentivised traffic, or misleading redirects; publishing on unauthorised coupon sites or deal forums; and targeting restricted countries. Violations may result in immediate suspension, commission forfeiture, and termination.
